This page explains what information Headwaters Steam collects when you use headwaterssteam.com or book a service, and how it's used.

Our promise: we will never sell your personal information to anyone, for any reason. We don't share it with data brokers, marketers, or third parties beyond what's needed to actually run your appointment (like Google Calendar for scheduling).

1. What we collect

When you request an estimate or book a service, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, phone number, email, service address, and any notes or photos you choose to share about the space being cleaned. If you use our AI receptionist by phone or text, we also keep a record of that conversation so Andrew can follow up.

2. How we use it

To calculate your estimate and confirm your appointment
To create your booking on our calendar and send you a confirmation
To contact you about your appointment (by text, call, or email, based on what you choose)
To prepare for your visit — for example, using photos you share to bring the right equipment or products
For our own bookkeeping and tax records

3. Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your information to anyone. We only share what's necessary to run the business:

Google Calendar — to schedule and manage appointments
Our AI receptionist (Beside) — to answer calls and texts when Andrew isn't available, and to help with scheduling
If required by law (for example, in response to a valid legal request)

4. Photos

Photos you upload when requesting an estimate are used only to help us prepare for your visit. We may separately ask permission to use before/after photos of a completed job for marketing (see our Terms of Service, Section 13) — we'll never use a photo that identifies your address or includes you personally without asking first.

5. How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as needed for scheduling, re-clean requests, and our own tax and business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by texting or emailing us (see below).

6. Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you at any time — just reach out using the contact info below. If you no longer want to receive texts or emails from us, let us know and we'll stop.
